I’m pretty impressed with the quality and look of this titanium keychain pill holder. I ordered the large size and it is a bit large for a keychain but can accommodate several large pills easily. It is solidly built and well finished. It has a silicone O-ring for waterproofing (2 additional provided). The spring-loaded clip is strong and sturdy. The flat keyring has a titanium look to it as well.
This comes packaged in a clear hard plastic case with a little drawstring bag included. It would make a nice little gift. Though I’m keeping this for myself since I need something large enough to store my meds on the go but would probably attach it to my backpack instead of my keys. Anyway, this is a solid pill holder. It is a little pricey but the quality is top-notch. It gets the job done too. Good product.

Very nice quality metal and factory finish! The edges are all very smooth and clean and most importantly free of any of the snagging or razor sharp edges I’ve sometimes run into. It’s good for anything I need to keep dry and even holds stubby strike anywhere matches for my emergency kit. Recommended.
