I use gadgets like this to cope with nervous issues like picking at nails, scratching at dry skin and bug bites etc.
This is probably the coolest one I’ve seen in a while. You can disassemble and customize it’s feel by removing and adding magnets. It sounds like a pocket watch when it clicks and its addicting to click out patterns on it while you fidget. If you take all the magnets out it will spin freely like a fidget spinner for about 10 seconds. If you’re a funny guy you can ask people questions and make a clock ticking sound with it while you wait for a response.
Don’t expect it to be a perfect fit on your fingers, its too fat to go down to your knuckle anyways. you will probably want to hold it at your 2nd joint on index or middle finger.
if you have serious nervous issues that are helped by silly fidget toys like this — this is like the Lamborghini of fidget spinners and you will probably not be able to put it down. not really a kids toy.

This thing is everything I wanted it to be. It clicks very satisfyingly, it spins very smoothly, and it feels solid and well made. Overall very nice to hold in the hand and play with.
Changing the magnets allows you to adjust the firmness of the clicking. With all 8 magnets, it is a very firm rotation that requires you to push with a lot of force with your thumb. Down to 1 magnet, it is quite loose but still satisfyingly clicky. If you reverse the polarity of some (but not all) of the magnets, you get an even looser springy feeling. If you take all the magnets out, you get a very nice free-spinning ring.
With any combination of magnets, you are able to flick and spin it freely. Even with all 8 magnets, the momentum of the heavy outer ring spinning is enough to allow it to spin one or two full rotations with enough force.
It only fits past my first knuckle on my index finger, but that’s the way you want it to be. If it went all the way down your finger, it would be more difficult to spin, so it fits in the ideal spot without risking getting stuck.
