Introducing our Handmade Bugout 535 Titanium Upgrade Set – a meticulously crafted set of spare parts designed to enhance your Benchmade Butterfly Bugout 535 knife. This upgrade set includes titanium scales, a titanium clip, a titanium spine, and a full set of titanium alloy screws (excluding spindle screws).
Each surface is carefully carved into an arc shape using a CNC ball knife, providing a smooth and visually appealing design.
The curved surface is ergonomically designed to fit the shape of your hand, with rounded and chamfered edges for a comfortable grip. The shaft lock hole is also rounded at a large angle, offering a more comfortable unlocking experience.
The handle features a 4mm diameter circular tail hole, ideal for passing paracord through. The addition of a rounded triangle was considered, but the decision to keep the round hole maintains simplicity and compatibility.
The handle incorporates an exposed tactical anti-skid pattern on a titanium alloy ridge. The tail hole of the ridge retains the original triangular hole design, making it compatible with almost all 535 handles.
The set includes a lightweight titanium alloy hollow back clip, which is also compatible with most butterfly three-hole handles.
The titanium alloy parts feature a natural color ceramic abrasive fine stone washing, adding to the set’s overall aesthetics.
The entire patch is constructed to be extremely light-weight, and the deep engraved pattern on the front further reduces the curved handle’s weight. The entire handle weighs only 46g.
For right-handed users, the handles include back clip holes. To accommodate left-handed users, non-penetrating back clip holes are kept inside the handle. Left-handed users can easily DIY the clip position, and if needed, a tapped hole can be added to the back for the left hand.
